We have all heard exercise makes you healthy. Plenty of articles prove this, and I bet some of you even see articles saying it does not for whatever reason. With the age of the internet pretty much any theory we have, we can find a rebuttal to it, or something proving we are correct. Realize it is not about reading something and proving we are correct or wrong, we should be optimistic about theories saying things we know to be true are false because the internet will always have something to prove what we want to see in them...
Think about it like this, any body can "prove" they are correct by searching long enough on the internet and find supporting articles, and I know this to be true because I have a friend that does this all the time. If he wants to be right he will find an article to "prove" he is right and not take into consideration the 5 other articles that do not support his argument.
So who are we to believe exercise supports you being successful when there are so many supporting and un-supporting articles saying one way or another? The answer is really actually quite simple, give it a true shot before you say it doesn't... This is true for anything in the world. If you never do it and actually give it a true chance, how can you say it does not work. You can't, and this is why you don't get anywhere in the world.
Do you even know why people say exercise helps make you successful? Or do you go out and find articles to say it doesn't so you don't have to do it?
Exercise releases endorphins in your body which help you to feel good. But this release of endorphins also is like medicine for your body, helping it to handle the stress of situations and, well, not get stressed.
What you have to remember, is exercise is like most things in life, you have to keep up with it, challenge yourself, and do it for more than 2 days to really see the effects. And by exercise I don't mean you have to go to a gym and pump iron. Yoga, walks, jogging, running, swimming, volleyball or any number of other fun activities are, in fact, exercising.
I personally love doing yoga. The idea is to find something you love to do, even if it is just walking. Do it everyday, switch it up also. You don't have to do yoga everyday, but do something everyday to release those endorphins, just take a simple walk around the block.
If you do this for 90 days, something to release the endorphins, you will notice a change in your life. I am not saying your going to be some skinny health nut but, you will start having more energy and more fun in life. You will also notice that you open yourself up to better success in life because of this. Successes, like being able to take on a new client with your new found energy, or because you are not stressed anymore, bring better people into your life.
Your challenge is to pick an exercise, or multiple ones, and do them for 90 days. The amount of success you achieve will be vast. Write down your successes and share them with friends and others as well as us. We want to hear how this challenge changed your life, so we can encourage others to do the same.
We want you to be successful in life, and part of this is being active. This activeness will bring into your life more than you could ever imagine if you are not currently doing anything. Don't believe me? Well I guess you will never truly know unless you do it, rather than go find an article that says I am completely wrong so you can be right.
